Our House

The Kappa Kappa Gamma Chapter house is the center of our sisterhood here at UCSB. More than just a house, it’s a home where all of our members can hang out, study, and spend time together. On Monday night meetings, all of Kappa fills the living room to hear what's new in our chapter, our campus, and in the national Kappa community.

Every year 40 girls get the opportunity to live in the chapter house and we can all agree that there's nothing better than getting the chance to live with that many of your best friends. How fun it is to have 40 closets to choose from, and how comforting it is to have 40 listening ears there for you at a moment’s notice! We are very fortunate to have Barbara as our sweet, hilarious, and always resourceful house mom. With Barbara looking out for us and the chapter house, we always have someone to turn to when the printer is jammed, a room key goes missing, or if we need advice in a time of need. To us, whether we live in the house, on campus, or in IV, the house will always be a home for our sisterhood.
